Ben has worked in education since 2002 and currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Development at Visalia Unified School District. He's worked in both the K-12 and University settings; serving as an after-school program leader, school psychologist, behavior consultant, professor, faculty advisor, program manager, director of Equity and Student Services, and director of Special Education. Ben enjoys sharing his experiences and encouraging others in work and in life; and is privileged to do so at conferences and workshops across the state. His greatest sources of joy and fulfillment are his faith and his family - he has three amazing children and has been married to his college sweetheart since 2003. Ben is passionate and committed to helping others experience hope and purpose in their lives.
