Dr. Vincent Pompei is a former educator and sought out expert on the safety and inclusion of LGBTQ+ youth in K-12 schools. He directs the Well-Being Program and the annual Time to THRIVE conference for the Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest civil rights organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ equality. Previously, Pompei served as President for the California Association of School Counselors, was a National Cadre Trainer for the National Education Association and recently authored the California LGBTQ Youth Report, a first-of-its-kind resource for K-12 educators in the state.
