Participants will learn of the differences between didactic and experiential learning related to mental health education. They will also learn about the latest research and trends related to teen mental health and critical intervention points. Participants will also learn how para pros are able to deliver effective mental health education that has real world effects on reduction of negative symptoms, while increasing student capacity for self-care and supports.
