The session will highlight the research-based curriculum, the training model, and selected stress-reduction practices. Learn about a control study measuring the impact of training on perceived stress, burnout, global health, and mindful awareness.
Participants will: 1) learn effective practices for training and supporting educators’ well-being and high performance and 2) practice stress–reduction and mindfulness practices.
