Everyday, leaders are faced with circumstances that lead them to question their sense of humanity, while asking people to do more with less. Limited resources, crisis management, and increasing work demands feel burdensome and never-ending. Being a problem solver has its perks, but you still can't "figure" this one out. Days seem longer and more people need you now than ever.

The critical needs that inform our work with students and communities requires more cohesive and aligned approaches. How impactful is our external work when we are operating from fragment silos? In this shifting climate, how do you prioritize a safe + supportive climate for those you serve? In this session, participants will: 1) Unpack different aspects of the term "safety" and learn strategies to build it; 2) Explore individual factors that contribute to their sense of fatigue and persistent challenges and strengthening their capacity to lead and serve from a resilient and resourceful place
