The presentation will provide information on developing and implementing a crisis response model for schools. Participants will gain knowledge on evidence based approaches to risk assessment, risk determination, and risk intervention. Participants will identify components of a school crisis response model. Be able to identify evidence based practice guidelines for conducting a risk assessment and how to develop an individualized school crisis intervention/school safety plan.
