Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The Community Resiliency Model® (CRM) is a skills-based, stabilization program that helps faculty, staff, and parents learn to first re-set the balance of their own nervous system so they can help others re-set theirs. Participants will learn about the Resilient Zone and increase their ability to utilize the language of sensation to describe body states. Identify practical, sensory-based strategies to help children (and adults) learn to track their bodies and many more wellness techniques.
