This workshop will focus on our school based program, NAMI on Campus High School (NCHS) which is a student-led program that provides a safe space on school campus where students and teachers can openly talk about mental health. In addition, there will be an NCHS club who will share there experience and how the school climate has changed. The three learning objectives are to (1) Educate and increase awareness about mental health and wellness, (2) Be supportive of students who are living with mental illness and (3) Create an inclusive, safe and supportive school environment.
