In this session, school leaders and staff will be guided through the process of applying trauma informed principals to support staff wellness as well as toward transforming the entire school-wide system to create a more responsive learning environment for all. Participants will have time to complete a self-assessment of their school environment as well as a resource map that will help them to develop a plan for funding this work.
