Mindfulness and essential oils are hot topics, because they work! Our students are faced with constant stress and anxiety. With the lack of resilience and coping skills of today’s youth it is more important than ever to teach them proactive skills to deal with these daily stressors. Participants will leave with the knowledge to immediately implement these easy-to-use practical coping techniques in the classroom and beyond.
