To illustrate the strategies used in creating big scale partnerships for training and capacity-building. The university developed large scale partnerships with community agencies to elevate the MSW training program and create access to university resources for community capacity-building.
To provide specific examples of further University-community collaborations to further enhance capacity-building leading to an expansive micro, mezzo, and macro levels of practice exposure to MSW graduate student for better workforce development.
