I'm the co-founder of the Legacy Mastery Academy, an organization that provides hands-on Social and Emotional Learning Curriculum and Professional Development to schools. I'm interested in the neuroscience of mental wellness, the latest research and strategies for improving mental wellness, and schoolwide implementation methods for enhancing mental wellness in our teachers and youth. I'm also very passionate about improving professional development for teachers, in particular, improving self- awareness into their biases, beliefs, and expectations of their students and of SEL in general.
