Michelle Bradley-Bahuaud currently works as a psychologist for an urban school division in Canada. She spent many years as the provincial supervising psychologist and Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD) consultant for Manitoba Education. She is the CEO and director of Working Effectively with Violent and Aggressive States (WEVAS) who trains facilitators to deliver these workshops which result in a required certificate for Educational Assistants across the province of Manitoba. Michelle works closely with the Indigenous community and has developed psychological practices which are inclusive / holistic in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.
