I have been a middle school administrator for 14 years with a total of 23 years in education. I have created and implemented at three different schools a character development program as well as Social Emotional curriculum to accompany, it based off of CASEL's five competencies. One of my schools was selected as one of four schools for a national case study of best practices in character development. My Masters degree had a specific focus on character development and this has been my professional passion for many years. I have presented on this topic at several conferences as well as at my sites and district. I am an enthusiastic and engaging speaker who not only motivates people but gives ready to use tools for both teachers and administrators.
